I’m pretty excited; I signed some disclosures for a HELOC today. My credit score was 735 when it was pulled. I was a little worried it might be hit because I’ve been searching for a HELOC and have had my credit pulled a couple of times. I also listened to BRRRR some more and started researching markets that have at least 100K population and a 1% growth rate which is the metric the author uses when looking for a market.

As for the book, I’m fairly certain my first out-of-state deal is going to be nerve wracking. The idea of finding an honest contractor, agent, property manager, etc, is anxiety inducing.
