I finished BRRRR and it was a great listen. I think it’s a doable strategy once we get financing in order. All the paperwork has been submitted to the loan officer. Our credit scores dipped a bit due to inquiries. He was worried about that because it will affect the interest rate on the loan. I told him I wasn’t worried about the interest rate because the funds are going to be used for short-term financing.
I emailed the surveying company to find out the status. “We’re still working on back office portion.” Well how long does that usually take? The architect is waiting on the property lines.
I have not heard from the tenants that have been asked to leave. That’s a good thing, I hope.
