I got all the information to Jim this morning. He then asked me for some clarification on when we moved to our current residence. He asked if we put money into the unit we moved out of but we didn’t. The next-door tenants moved to our unit and we remodeled their disgusting unit. I can’t wait to see what the inside of their current unit looks like after they leave. I have not heard from them since the day I informed them of their pending departure.

I got an email from the surveyor saying the monuments have been installed. I will be getting a sketch of some sort later. At least some progress has been made.
