I am getting frustrated with the surveyor. Everyone with whom I have spoken about surveyors all say this should be finished by now. I emailed them yesterday asking for a date when this will be finished. I also emailed Jim to get a status on the HELOC. Anton, the other loan officer, calls me every week to check-in.

I would like things to start rolling so I can see how much capital I will have. I think it would make deciding what to do in terms of acquiring more properties and where those properties are to be bought a little simpler and less daunting.

For now I will continue reading “Commercial…” and “Confessions…”, and listening to “The Multifamily Millionaire: Volume 1”.
