I really hate it when people commit to something and then don’t deliver. In this case, they committed to keeping me updated, but I still had to ask for updates. I did receive a reply which said the drafter “just” completed the project. The owner is then going to review the work and I should receive everything today. We’ll see. They said they were going to provide me with a draft of drawings to give the architect and those never materialized.
