I sent quote requests to five surveyors for a topo survey, including the one who did the property line survey. I really wish I hadn’t screwed that up. Lyla, the architect, is going to visit the property in the next couple of weeks to do her own measurements so she can continue working while we wait for a topo survey. I am looking forward to having new tenants. Not only for the increased rent, but for cleaner people.
