I actually followed through on my morning routine and am writing a blog post on a Wednesday instead of crashing and burning mid-week.

I emailed the surveyor today asking for an update. Last I heard, they billed me for the balance and the fee for the submission to the county.

For some reason the underwriter has determined my wife makes less money than originally reported. I’m not buying it but, oh well. Now we qualify for a limit of 285k.

My mind is still going a million miles an hour trying to nail down a strategy.

I listed the soon-to-be vacant unit at our primary residence for $2,600/month. It’s a longshot for sure.
