I’m back from vacation. It’s been a few days since I have written a post and I can’t remember if I mentioned withdrawing our application for HELOC. Because we have two units being vacant at potentially the same time, I thought it would be a good idea to revisit the HELOC after some increased rents. I emailed Jim last week to get his thoughts and I haven’t heard back. I think he’s mad at me.

I emailed the surveyor again for an update. This is getting ridiculous.
