The new tenants have moved into the duplex. They’re going to be a kind of a pain-in-the-ass because I’m going to have to deposit a handful of money orders each month. Oh well, they are paying $2,600/month which is $598 more than before. We’re pretty happy about that.

The surveyor emailed me and said that the county will turn the survey around in two to two-and-a-half weeks. He said he’ll get it back to the county for final approval within a day. Then the other surveyor can do the topographical survey finished, and hand it over to the architect. Things are moving albeit slowly.
