I have felt little motivation to write anything lately. The Record of Survey is still being reviewed by the county. We are still trying to get a tenant for our empty unit. I really dislike a vacancy in the winter.

The new flooring looks nice. We will update the pictures on Zillow once the job is finished. I need to figure out how to add media to these posts.
