We finally got the Record of Survey with notes from the county. Once again, I had to email twice before I got a response with the second being a bit snarky. The surveyor said it will be resubmitted to the County for recording which takes about a week or so. I emailed the Lyla, the architect, and Chad who will be doing the topo survey to get them updated. I also asked them to send an addendum to the triplex contract to add a topo. They already sent the addendum, too. Amazing how quick they work when there is potential money to be made.

Yesterday we finalized the lease for the 1BR at our triplex. Yay! I also emailed Jim the new leases and let him know that we can restart the HELOC application. The new tenants at our duplex said they are having a hard time paying by Zelle. What? Seems suspect. They will be paying with money orders which can’t be deposited by an app. I have to go to the ATM and wait for something like eleven days for the holds. Oh well.
