I emailed the surveyor yesterday informing him I was just checking in. It has been about a month since the Record of Survey was submitted to the county. Hopefully, he will, at the least, reply in a timely manner so we don’t have to resort to a tersely worded conversation about customer service, again.

The guy that worked on our vacant one-bedroom decided that he wasn’t going to paint the closet doors or put new flooring under the refrigerator and just left the job. My wife was having none of that and called the guy who hired him and let him have it. The closet doors and flooring under the fridge will happen today.

My wife spoke to the landscaper working at our duplex. He is in the middle of doing the job. The yard will be mainly bark with low-water plants and a drip system. There is also a bank down to the sidewalk. We are going to plant low-water plants native to this area.
