Merry Christmas Eve and Happy Holidays! Yesterday the topo surveyor emailed me the first draft! He said that it goes through internal review first and that he expects to receive comments. Progress!

I don’t think I mentioned it, but I have to buy sliding doors to cover the water heater and pantry closet. The water heaters are squatter than they used to be, and the control won’t allow the door to slide past. I think I may have to mount hardware on the ceiling to make it work but that will require 96″ doors which I’m pretty sure will need to be custom ordered.

We are scheduled to close on the HELOC on Tuesday. $285,000 will be the limit.
