Being Christmastime, there has been much movement anywhere so there isn’t much to write. We are going to close on the HELOC tomorrow. The landscaper is taking his time with updating the duplex. I’m going to pay him some money before year-end to at least get some tax breaks.

I haven’t edited any more videos yet. I will get back on that this week. I’m using Adobe Premier Pro for editing. It’s frustrating at first because there are so many functions that it can be overwhelming. When I do get something working, though, it is very satisfying to learn something new and see results.
