Lyla, the architect, emailed me last night asking if I had signed the contract with the structural engineering firm. I should have informed her when I signed because she could have made some more progress. She is going to give the engineer whatever it is they need to do their part. This is a learning process for me. The structural engineer contributes to the building plans. They do their thing first and then Lyla will finish up her part and submit it to the the city for approval, I think. Yay, progress! I need to go over there and clean the garages of rodent feces. I’m so glad the guinea pig tenants are gone.

I informed everyone of the recording of the Record of Survey which happened yesterday. That took a while in my opinion. I think it has been around three weeks since it was submitted for recording.

The HELOC funded! We were given checks to send to Apple and Amex. I should have asked what makes them special to have to be paid off.

This week I have completely failed in getting up early. It really screws up the day. I believe that my W2 salary makes me not hungry enough the get the things done that will free us from having to be employed. I need to get hungry.
