The HELOC closed! Jim told me we started the process in August.

Nothing has been happening in regard the duplex. We are waiting on the topo survey to be finalized. We have access to funds which lets me breathe again. I might email the surveyor tomorrow.

I have been trying to get up at 4:00AM each morning. When I am successful in doing so, the amount of stuff I get done before work is incredible. Because I have finished so many task, they do not weigh on my mind when I’m working which results in higher productivity. I hate that I’m not consistent.
