The plans have been assigned to almost all the disciplines at the city. We have already gotten notes back for one of them. Progress!

I am going to need a general contractor on the permits in order to secure financing. I didn’t really want to do that because I have enough resources to help me finish the project. In light of that, I have emailed the plans to the boyfriend of the sister of the wife of my best friend. What does that make us? Absolutely nothing. This guy has been working on projects for friends of ours and my friend, Ryan, whom I’ve probably mentioned, likes him and that says a lot.
