Ahh, the joys of “opening the hood”. The cast iron sewer pipe running underneath the duplex was shot and had to be replaced. We are in the middle of relocating water heaters that were in the laundry room that is going to be demolished and a bedroom will replace it. Actually, the laundry room is almost finished being demolished. We are supposed to get our first inspection this week.
