There was a crew at the job over the weekend. I thought that they couldn’t work Sundays but, according to the general contractor, the permit states work can be done on Sundays between the hours of 9AM-3PM. Who knew? On Saturday, the crew was jackhammering existing concrete. I went back on Sunday and the crew was digging trenches. I panicked and called the GC because I thought for certain they were breaking the law and disturbing my tenants. Turns out, they were only disturbing my tenants. Oh well, they are getting a $200 per month discount for the inconvenience. Next are the forms and first inspection!
