My Dad finished plumbing the underground and it passed inspection. It looks great! I think he’s enjoying himself. He’s very proud of how he can cleverly plumb. I just got the invoice from the MEP engineer for the change to the laundry room. Because it’s now going to be a rentable room, the engineering had to change. $1,900

I forgot to mention in previous posts that the prospective tenant at the soon-to-be vacant unit did not understand that the garage was not part of the package. He sent me a text asking when the garage was going to be finished. “Uh oh”, I said to myself. After I explained to him again what the deal was, he told me they wouldn’t rent it and if I would refund the deposit. I did but I subtracted the rental listing fee.
