The trusses have been constructed. The GC walked the job and informed me the attic would not be tall enough to accommodate the central HVAC systems. Mini-splits it is. The plans show minis, anyway. I’m OK with it. I am going over there today to show the empty unit. I will take some pics for the next post.

I attended my first SDCIA (San Diego Creative Investors Association) meeting last night. It was the main monthly meeting and there were about 100 attendees. The speaker talked about creative financing and looking at the entire picture when investing. We are problem solvers. Figure out how to solve someone’s problem while making money at the same time. There is another meeting tomorrow, Women In Real Estate, which my wife will attend. I emailed the organizer and told her about my wife and to keep an eye out for her. She has reservations about going because she doesn’t think she knows enough. Balderdash! The organizer responded very quickly and was excited to meet my other half. I can’t wait to hear about it!
